The Finca comprises of:
  • Three Bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twins.
  • Open Plan Lounge/Dining Room/Kitchen
  • Bathroom
  • Outside Terrace/Patio Area
  • Swimming Pool
  • Fans to all rooms
  • Heaters for colder days
  • Car parking area

The open plan lounge/dining room has two sofa's, coffee table,
television and DVD player. The TV receives the full range of Freeview
channels allowing you to watch your favourite UK programmes
during your stay. In addition, films for the DVD player are available
on request at no charge.

The dining area has a round extending table and chairs.
A full galley kitchen is adjacent to the lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric ceramic hob cooker and oven, kettle, toaster and utensils.

Iron, ironing board and airer are also supplied.

Electricity and gas are all inclusive.
The master bedroom consists of:
  • One double bed
  • Two bedside cabinets
  • Double wardrobe with shelving
  • Chair and mirror
  • Views across olive grove and mountain
The second bedroom consists of:
  • Two twin beds
  • One central bedside cabinet
  • Double wardrobe with shelving and mirror


Bedroom three consists of:

  • Two twin beds

  • Bedside table

 Outside the finca are attractive gardens and three
private patio areas, one with a bamboo roof for
shade and one with BBQ.

A table and parasol are available for our guest's
use.
 
Our 9 x 5 metre fully tiled pool has a large paved area with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs. Pool towels supplied.

All towels are provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied on request at no charge. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

There is a no smoking policy for the finca.

Please note that the owners live in a nearby casa, but the privacy of guests staying at the finca is respected at all times. Owners will only use the swimming pool when guests are not present.
